  1. Acceptance of Terms
    YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF NAT1ON AND THE CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH NAT1ON IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NAT1ON GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY NAT1ON OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA. BY ACCESSING THIS SERVICE YOU BECOME BOUND BY THESE TERMS WHETHER YOU HAVE READ THEM OR NOT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO USE THE SERVICES OFFERED BY NAT1ON.
  2. Changes to the Terms of Service
    NAT1ON reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. The changes will appear in this document, which you can access at any time by clicking on the 'T.O.S.' link on the NAT1ON homepage. Your use of NAT1ON after changes are made to this agreement means that you agree to be bound by such changes.
  3. Privacy
    Registration data and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. If you are located outside of the United States,note that information that you provide to us is being sent to the United States. By subscribing to NAT1ON, you consent to your data being sent to the United States. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.   4. Description of Service
    Subject to full compliance with the Terms of Use, NAT1ON may offer to provide certain services and content, as described more fully on the Site, ("Services"). Services shall include, but not be limited to, any service and content NAT1ON performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed or performed on the Site (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content") on the Site. NAT1ON may change, suspend or discontinue the Services including any Content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. NAT1ON may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
  5. Copyright Complaints
    Due to the collaborative nature of NAT1ON.com copyright infringment may occur, if you believe that your work has been copied and would like it removed please contact abuse@nat1on.com.
  6. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend at your own expense NAT1ON from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, expenses, damages and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees), arising out of or in connection with the content and/or use of your NAT1ON service(s).
  7. User Obligations
    As a condition to using Services, you are required to register with NAT1ON and select a password and username ("Citizen ID"). You shall provide NAT1ON with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your NAT1ON account. You may not (i) select or use as a NAT1ON User ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a NAT1ON User ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as a NAT1ON User ID a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. NAT1ON reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a NAT1ON User ID in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NAT1ON password.
    Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old, whether acting on their own behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity. If you do not so qualify, do not attempt to register for or use the Services.
    As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by NAT1ON. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services :
    1. to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other NAT1ON users;
    2. to contribute any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
    3. for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. If you are an international user, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content;
    4. to post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any NAT1ON user;
    5. to create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any other NAT1ON users or any URL;
    6. to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);
    7. to submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content;
    8. With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
  8. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
    NAT1ON AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF NAT1ON FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS AND LOST REVENUES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "EXCLUDED DAMAGES"), WHETHER OR NOT CHARACTERIZED IN NEGLIGENCE, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. IF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY HOLDS ANY PORTION OF THIS SECTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE NAT1ON PARTYS. LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
